1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing the digital platforms, property search engines, and advisory services provided by QuestSide Real Estate ("QuestSide"), you confirm your agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and RERA (ORN 300).
2. Brokerage & Property Listings
All property information, pricing, availability, and unit specifications displayed on our platform are synchronized via official real estate feeds and developer disclosures. While we make every effort to verify listing accuracy, property availability and valuations remain subject to contract and formal owner authorization.
3. Landlord Representation & SLA Maintenance
Property management agreements, landlord representation services, and emergency maintenance response times are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed between QuestSide and the registered property owner.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, architectural rendering layouts, branded design components, logo marks, and custom graphics published on this site are the exclusive property of QuestSide Real Estate and Valorem Real Estate. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising hereunder shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Courts.
